50 Cent has teased a collaboration with Liev Schreiber after bumping into the actor in the Hamptons.
The rapper—born Curtis Jackson III—performed at the Long Island vacation spot on Saturday, where he promoted his alcohol brands Branson Cognac and Le Chemin du Roi Champagne.
The 48-year-old shared a photo with Schreiber to his social media accounts, along with several other snaps from Memorial Day weekend.
One photo showed Jackson chatting with the Asteroid City actor. Another showed a fan holding up Jackson’s 2003 album Get Rich or Die Tryin’, along with a sign that read “Diddy do it? Yes he did, f*** Diddy.”
“I ran into my guy Liev Schreiber out in the Hamptons yesterday. I told him we have to work together,” Jackson captioned the post, which has received over 173,000 views on X alone.
Newsweek has reached out to Curtis Jackson and Liev Schreiber for comment via email.
A long-time rival of Sean “Diddy” Combs, Jackson seems to be delighting in the recent public backlash against the rapper and record executive.
Combs was sued by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in November. The singer accused the music mogul of rape and physical abuse throughout their decade-long relationship, but the case was settled a day later. However, footage of Combs attacking Ventura in a hotel hallway was leaked to CNN and published on May 19.
Several other 𝑠e𝑥ual assault lawsuits have followed Ventura’s, although Combs has denied the allegations. The 54-year-old’s Los Angeles and Miami homes were raided by Homeland Security in March, reportedly in relation to a 𝑠e𝑥 trafficking investigation in New York.
In December, Jackson announced that his production company, G-Unit Film and TV, is working on a documentary about the accusations against Combs.
Schreiber got his start in independent films and 1990’s sleeper hits such as The Daytrippers and Walking and Talking. These days, the 56-year-old actor is best known for starring in thrillers such as 2004 remake of The Manchurian Candidate, Spotlight (2015) and TV drama Ray Donovan (2013-2020).
Many of Jackson’s followers were thrilled by the prospect of a collab with Schreiber.

“Damn, you recruiting an army to expose Blackstein. We are all here for it. Can’t wait to watch the documentary!” said @wokesocieties.
“[Let’s f****** go] legends,” wrote @SonofKB.
“Liev is a badass actor y’all,” said Chris.
“Much respect for that man,” agreed D Community.
“I hope he accepted,” said archmage.
However, others criticized the post and event appearance, suggesting that Jackson should collaborate with more Black creatives.
“Where’s all the black homies?” asked NorthernTouch.
“You got too many white folks around you, fitty,” said Mart Jake.
“The only other people of color there arrived with @50cent,” commented Thelonious Mike.
“50 disparages Black ppl but loves everyone else,” said @jse022, while Kelly Phaigh wrote “[this post] won’t age well.”
