The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, asserts that Joy’s accusations surfaced only after he sought sole custody of their son, especially after she was implicated as an alleged associate of Sean “Diddy” Combs in a separate lawsuit

According to Page Six, Jackson’s legal claim highlights the significant social media impact of Joy’s accusations, noting that her Instagram post garnered over 22,000 likes, which he argues has damaged his business reputation and fueled an increase in online harassment.
In response, his legal team issued a letter on April 2 demanding the removal of the post and a retraction of her statements.
Joy, however, has not complied with the demand to delete the post. Instead, her legal representatives have reportedly set forth demands involving millions of dollars and the cessation of the custody litigation as conditions for the post’s removal, actions Jackson decries as “clearly extortive.“
In seeking to address the fallout from these accusations, 50 Cent is pursuing over $1 million in damages and a court mandate requiring Joy to not only remove the controversial post but also to refrain from making any further defamatory remarks about him.
“Despite being given ample opportunity to retract a false and malicious retaliatory accusation, Ms. Narvaez has shamefully chosen to interfere with her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a ‘rapist.’,” 50 Cent counsel Reena Jain told Page Six.
“The motivation behind this appears to be Ms. Narvaez’s unfortunate entanglement and misguided loyalty to Mr. Combs, who we believe to be underwriting this attack and whom Mr. Jackson has been warning Ms. Narvaez and others about for many years.”
